The trail passes through an idyllic settlement on Sandøya over "Flyndresundet" to Løvøya with rugged untouched forest.

Marked trail to the barn to the North of Løvøya farm which is open plains with beaches and bathing.

Permitted with accommodation in tents. Toilet and water pumps.
It is also designed fireplace.

In summer it goes directly to the ferry from the north of Løvøya
