Frierstien - PORSGRUNN

Frierstien is part of the coastal path in Porsgrunn. It connects areas along the fjord west of the Eidangerhalvøya. Parts of the trail have been used by people from time immemorial.
Whether as a way forward to settlements, or in connection with fishing, forestry and agricultural activities. The nature of calcareous pine forests is very special and you will pass several conservation areas on the trip.

Transmitters fan outdoor enthusiasts up to the lush forest and the many viewpoints. The paths were thus maintained. Frierstien is marked with blue signs. A nice trip of 9-10 miles, and goes deeper stretch, you can take a bus back to square one. There are bus stops close by the path in Brevik and Porsgrunn.
